WWW.WORLDWIDEDISTRIBUTING.COM through its Manufacturer hereby warrants to the original purchaser that the frame and components of the new vehicle will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The period of the warranty is 12 months or 6000 miles from the date of purchase for the engine; 6 months from the date of purchase for the frame and component parts (except as noted below**). Manufacturer, if notified of a defect in material or workmanship during the period of the warranty, will repair or replace, at its option, the defective part at no charge, other than the reasonable charges for labor and shipping, if necessary to perform a warranty repair.

The original purchaser must operate the vehicle and maintain the vehicle in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual, the supplements thereto and the labels affixed to the vehicle. Additionally within ten (10) days of the discovery of the alleged defect, the original purchaser must provide notification to our Customer Service dept.

This warranty shall be void if the Customer modifies the "product" in any respect including but not limited to the use of parts other than genuine manufacturer direct parts.

This limited warranty is applicable only to the customer as an original purchaser of the "product" and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the scooter from customer.

**This limited warranty does not cover components that are subject to normal wear and tear. These items include but are not limited to the tires, clutch, brakes, brake shoes, throttle cable, drive belts, torque converter, chains, seat, lights, fasteners, padding, decals, cosmetic body panels, spark plugs, wires. Additionally, this warranty does not apply to components, which are warranted by the component manufacturer.

All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Any damage during shipping of scooter to customer on initial purchase must be claimed through the freight delivery company and is not the responsibility of WWW.WORLDWIDEDISTRIBUTING.COM or the Manufacturer.

This limited warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, defect or malfunction of the "product" or failure to function resulting from any failure to operate or maintain "product" in accordance with the directions contained in the owners manual provided by manufacturer; or any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations in the "product" by anyone other than the distributor, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or negligence by anyone other than manufacturer.

These warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness. Any such implied warranty imposed by state consumer law is limited in duration to three (3) months from date of purchase.

Customer represents and agrees that any claims that it may assert against Distributor shall be limited to those which may be asserted under the foregoing limited warranty.

WWW.WORLDWIDEDISTRIBUTING.COM & Manufacturer will make every effort to get scooter up and running as quickly as possible. And, as always, we appreciate your efforts in helping to make this process a more pleasant experience.

This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us. All vehicles on this website are NOT meant for commercial use. Commercial use voids the above warranty. These products are very straight forward and are easily serviceable by almost anyone who is trained to work scooters or motorcycles. In all cases, Purchaser needs to return the defective part before we replace it with a new part.

Every scooter and motorcycle sold comes with a Manufacturers Statement of Origin. This is the equivalent of a Title for an automobile.

The MSO is not sent with the scooter. It is mailed to you along with your Bill Of Sale once we confirm that the scooter has arrived at its destination. You can expect it about 1 week or so after you receive your order.

This is done for security purposes. In the event that a scooter "disappears" in transit to you, we can not have someone having your personal paperwork with the MSO.

State and Local Laws:
You are responsible for registering and operating your scooter(s) according to your local and state laws. WWW.WORLDWIDEDISTRIBUTING.COM makes no representations to the laws governing the operation, registration and ownership of your scooter(s). We will provide an invoice, which will be your "bill of sale" and Manufacturers Certificate of Origin (title). Worldwide Distributing makes no representation that the scooters are street legal or legal for operation in your locale. Check your local laws before purchasing and operating scooters 50cc or under.

Legal Disclaimer, Terms, Policies and Conditions
If you buy a scooter or scooters, you are a "Purchaser". The use of the term “you” or “your” herein shall be interpreted to mean and have the same effect as Purchaser. WWW.WORLDWIDEDISTRIBUTING.COM, and others (hereinafter "Coordinator") hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except warranties described below.

"Product" is defined as the scooter(s), ATV(s), and motorcycle(s) sold by Worldwide Distributing ("Coordinator").
You as Purchaser agree to on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin you hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue Coordinator, its owners, directors, trustees, officers, members, volunteers, and employees (the "Releasees"), from all liability, claims, losses or damages on your account arising out of activities at or associated with the purchase of the product(s). You further agree that if, despite this release and indemnity agreement, you or anyone on your behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees, you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expense, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage or costs which also may incur as a result of such claim.

Purchaser understands the nature of scooter riding and motorcycle activities, and that you are qualified in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. You also agree that you assume all risks when allowing others to operate your scooter(s). If you are not familiar with the nature of scooter riding, you should seek professional training before operating a scooter.

Warning: Scooter riding activities involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including but not limited to, disability, paralysis and death, (b) these risks and dangers may be caused by your own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others and (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either known to you, not known to you or not readily foreseeable at this time and you fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of your participation in the scooter riding activity.

You must inspect all equipment before using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use. You further understand that you are responsible for damage to equipment.

You are responsible for assembly of the scooter(s) that you purchase. In no way is Coordinator responsible for assisting in the assembly and operation of the scooter(s). To get the scooter running you will need to install the supplied battery, add fuel, oil (if 2-stroke), check oil levels, install mirrors, and start up. We recommend having a motorcycle shop help assemble the scooter(s) if you are unfamiliar with these processes.

Purchaser certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age and of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Warning: Product not for use for children under 16 years of age.
