Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ)

What Is The Difference Between 2-Stroke & 4-Stroke?

A 2-stroke engine requires mixing of gas and oil. It is the older
style motor and one that leaves a trail of black smoke and an
undesirable odor. Everything we sell is 4-stroke and is the better
way to go. You will never have the need to keep special oil on hand.

Are Your Scooters  Assembled When They Arrive?

Yes, with the exception of accessories like the mirrors, battery, windshield, and trunk. Otherwise, you
will have nothing to do but add the gas.

How Do You Ship Your Scooters?

Everything We Ship Is Sent Rapidly via Freight Carrier.

Why Have I Not Received My Title With The Bike?

This is done for security purposes. Your Title (Certificate Of Origin)
is mailed to you separately after you call us to verify receipt of your scooter and confirmation of the VIN number.

My Bike Will Not Start, Am I Doing Something Wrong?

Make sure that the kill switch on the right handlebar is not over the
"X" as this is in the kill position. Make sure to hold in a brake lever
while trying to start the bike. It may be easier to kick start the bike
the very first time to allow the gas to flow through the lines the
first time and to get the air out of them. This will save your battery
from draining on that first start.

What Type Of Gasoline Do You Recommend?

We recommend using a 90 octane or better grade of gasoline. This will ensure that your cycle will run at its optimum level.

What Type Of Engine Oil Should I Use When Changing It?

We recommend using a 10W-40 Semi Synthetic Blend.

How Often Should I Change My Oil?

The first time you should change it at around 250 miles. This would be your break-in period. After that, every 600-800 miles would be a good range.

Do I Need A Motorcycle License To Ride?

In some states, 49cc bikes can be driven without any license at all.
In others you need a regular license.

In most states, anything over 50cc is considered a motorcycle and
you would need a motorcycle license to ride. However, that being
said, laws change so often with regards to cycles that we highly
recommend that you check with your local DMV or authorities just
to make sure of the laws.

We are not responsible for finding out your local laws, you must do
this on your own.
